Yes. Super Nintendo World is one of the five themed worlds inside Epic Universe, and it’s the first Super Nintendo World on the East Coast. You’ll enter through a green warp pipe, and when you come out the other side, you’re standing in a living video game with moving Piranha Plants, spinning coins, and Peach’s Castle on the hill.
The land includes two distinct areas: the main Mushroom Kingdom area with Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge and Yoshi’s Adventure, and Donkey Kong Country with the Mine-Cart Madness coaster. That Donkey Kong expansion is a big deal, because the Hollywood and Japan versions launched without it.
One thing families should budget for: Power-Up Bands. They’re wearable wristbands (around $45 each) that let you punch blocks, collect digital coins, and compete in key challenges throughout the land.
Super Nintendo World is only in Epic Universe. It’s not at Universal Studios Florida or Islands of Adventure, so if Mario is the priority for your family, your ticket needs to include Epic Universe.
